SCONUL is a UK-registered charity (278550) and a company limited by guarantee (England 1436951) with its registered office at 102 Euston Street, London NW1 2HA.
SCONUL has nearly 200 members.
SCONUL is governed by an Executive Board which reports to an annual general meeting during our regular residential conference.
SCONUL’s formal constitution is embodied in its Memorandum and Articles of Association (DOC) supplemented by its Rules for the conduct (DOC) of business.
