SCONUL Autumn Conference
The British Library Conference Centre, St Pancras, London
Monday 25 November 2002
AIM
A major theme in SCONUL's Strategic Plan is to influence and work proactively with key policy makers. In order to progress this theme we need to further our understanding of the policy making bodies. This conference provides an opportunity for us to listen to, and debate with, speakers from organisations which have a major role in shaping policy that affects us and our institutions.
- What is the role of these organisations and what is their relationship with HE and national libraries?
- What changes will the future bring?
- How can SCONUL and individual libraries work more closely with these organisations?
These are some of the areas which will be explored during the day.
