SCONUL statistics training day

Thursday 15 November, Birkbeck College, London (venue tbc)

LISU, with the support of the SCONUL Working Group on Performance Indicators, are organising a seminar and workshop designed for those who complete the SCONUL return on behalf of their institutions, and who would like to make better use of the statistics they gather for library management and performance assessment.

The training will cover the technical aspects of the return, examples of how others are using the data, and a workshop session on performance assessment in a variety of situations. The aim is to give participants confidence in interpreting and analysing SCONUL data for performance measurement and improvement. This event will be held on Thursday 15 November (10.00-16.00hrs) at Birkbeck College, London (to be confirmed), and the fee, including lunch, is £150 (+VAT).
