Terms of reference

1. Influence and promote the reciprocal access and borrowing agenda on behalf of SCONUL member institutions and oversee the implementation and future operation of SCONUL Access.
2. Monitor the effectiveness of SCONUL Access, determine policy and operating principles, and plan future developments in consultation with the membership.
3. Maintain an overview of general issues concerning access to libraries and information services.
4. Ensure that SCONUL Access operates within its constitution.
5. Prepare an annual budget and annual report for SCONUL’S Executive Board, and report to the wider SCONUL membership as appropriate.
