Biography:
After a history degree at Reading University, a spell as a SCONUL trainee at University Library, Cambridge and a PGDip Lib. at Polytechnic of North London,
I worked at Trent Park College (later Middlesex Polytechnic & University) as a music and media specialist.
I have been active with the Library Association as Hon. Sec. of the Audiovisual Group, and have been Hon. Treasurer of British Universities Film and Video Council since 1992.
At London South Bank I was heavily involved with study skills, IT skills and Information Literacy.
