Consolidate and develop the Performance Portal development as a collaborative working service & toolkit for member libraries
Collect, develop, disseminate and evaluate the SCONUL statistics series
Support and evaluate appropriate library survey instruments
1. Support SCONUL participants in the 2009 LibQUAL+ survey
2. Joint consideration with the Working Group on Quality Assurance of the SCONUL position on the National Student Survey
Continue support for the Evidence Base Publisher Deals Project
Demonstrate the value and worth of HE libraries to their institutional stakeholders
1. Produce the UK HE Library Management Statistics and circulate to Vice-Chancellors and Principals in order to disseminate key performance indicators and analysis
2. Promote the Performance Portal to stakeholders
3. Support the SCONUL Secretary and others in lobbying and promotional activities
Increase awareness of the impact of HE libraries and information services
