User Surveys
The SCONUL Working Group on Performance Improvement recommends regular user surveys, so that services in SCONUL libraries can be fully aligned to customer needs.

The Working Group does not prescribe a single format for user surveys. Instead, like other Working Group projects, we have a facilitating and a support role for any SCONUL library wishing to carry out regular surveys of its customers:
