UK Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act (UK): effective 31 October 2003

The Act will come into force on 31 October. Two licensing schemes are planned, one covering a wide range of literary and artistic material and administered by the Copyright Licensing Agency, and the other covering sheet music by the Music Publishers Association.
