Research Information Network publishes statement on scholar communication

The statement identifies the strategic goals for public policy and is supported by SCONUL.

The Research Information Network has published (22 February) its statement of principles entitled 'Research and the scholarly communications process - towards strategic goals for public policy'. The statement is supported by ten leading organisations in the field, including SCONUL.
