SCONUL publishes offer for members’ virtual out of hours enquiry service - Fri, 22 Jul 2016

SCONUL has published details of its offer to members to sign up to the SCONUL virtual out-of-hours enquiry service, based on the OCLC QuestionPoint service. This will cover periods when the library is not staffed, allowing libraries to ensure that their users can have access to an enquiry service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  For more details, please contact Ann Rossiter at
