The business intelligence community of interest group is newly formed, and will be taking forward the work of the library analytics CIG. The aim of the group is to offer staff members a space to grow their skills, capability and confidence in working with data, tools and technologies. It will also consider creative approaches to communicating with data to tell clear stories to different audiences and support better decision making. The group will offer a safe space to test and share ideas, learn from one another and explore engaging approaches to turning data into insights and action.
