Customer Services Group UK welcomed delegates to the latest event for staff working in front line customer service roles in our academic libraries. Our popular “Inspired Ideas from the Sharp End” knowledge sharing event took place at Royal Holloway University of London on Thursday 18 June.
Staff in library assistant and similar roles shared the work they are doing, ideas they have had implemented and projects they are involved in. Copies of the conference presentations are downloadable as a Zip file below.
